Forms Import

The Forms Importer allows users to import the data collected in external ePowerForms databases, directly into other Jobs.

To import forms into your currently selected Data Collection Job, follow these simple steps:

    1. Select the ePowerForms database that contains the forms you would like to import.  To do this, simply click the 'Select' button and browse to the database.
    2. Choose the Job that contains your desired forms.  To do this, simply select the Job from the dropdown.
    3. Select the forms to include in the Import.  Scroll down to learn more about selecting forms.
    4. Click the 'Import' button to perform the import.

Sorting and Grouping the Forms

To group forms - Drag any column header into the Grouping Area.  Users can group by as many columns as desired, creating a powerful hierarchy structure.  Once the forms have been grouped, users can click the 'Expand' or 'Collapse' icons to show and hide groupings.

To sort froms - Click on any column header.  To sort in the opposite order, click the column header a second time.

To select all forms, click the 'Select All' button.

To select an individual form, simply click on the form data.

To select multiple forms, press and hold the 'CTRL' key while clicking on each form you want selected.  Users can also press and hold the 'Shift' key to select consecutive records.
