Activation is Required Screen

The Product Activation Screen allows users to enter or request Product Activation Codes.

This screen will always appear if you have not yet Activated the software.

You can also access the Product Activation Screen from the Help Menu by clicking 'Activate'.

Request Eval Code

You can try ePowerForms for a 15-Day period.

Click the 'Request Eval Code' button to request your Evaluation Code - a code will be eMailed to you.

Then return here and enter your code.

Whether you are trying the software, or have purchased a copy, you will have received an email containing a code.
