To view any form, simply browse to the desired form in the listings at the left of the screen.
Clicking on or navigating to any form name will display the form in the viewing panel
Open or close categories by clikcking the + or - box
To select multiple forms for printing or saving, simply check the box next to each desired form.
To select all forms within a category, simply check the box next to the category
To start collecting data using any form:
1. Select the desired form
2. From the 'Data Collection' menu, select 'Form Filler - OR, press the F5 key - OR, double-click the Form Name
Save As -- Saves all selected forms to a PDF file
Print -- Prints all selected forms
Exit -- Exits the program
Form Filler -- Opens the Data Collection Screen where users can enter data. The Data Collection Screen opens to the currently selected form. For detailed information about the Data Collection Screen, Click Here
Select Database -- Opens a file browser that allows users to select from previously created databases
Create a New Database -- Creates a new database for storing Data Collection data
Form Settings -- Opens the System Configuration Sceen. Click Here for information about System Configuration
Dropdown Lists -- Opens the Dropdown Configuration Sceen. Click Here for information about Dropdown Configuration
Contents -- Displays the Help System
Activate this Software -- Opens the Product Activation Screen. Click Here for information about Product Activation
Deactivate this Software -- Opens the Product De-Activation Screen. Click Here for information about Product Activation
ePowerForms Website -- Navigates to the ePowerForms Website. www.epowerforms.com
Check for Updates -- Checks the ePowerForms Website for the latest version of the software. If a newer version exists, users will be prompted to install it.
About -- Displays information about the Product Version
